Meeting in May

Hi!

We should think to finalize the dates of the meeting in Marseille in May!

The only fixed point now is that the 23rd of may should be included, right?

I am thinking of coming with my whole family, so I am searching for a cheap but bigger possibility to stay in Marseille. Do you have suggestions?

Yes you're right Peter, the 23rd of May must be included in the dates. Did you plan to come for one week or more with your whole family?

Concerning hotels I don't have any info to give you right now but we can try to help you to find something cheap and well situated...maybe close to the sea?

I had the same reaction when I read this... I think the FNAC doesn't really know what is "Pop/Rock". Maybe they will describe Oasis as "Cult Hard Rock/Heavy Metal" ???

I finally woke up...
The noise level at the concert shouldn't be a problem as long as Thibaud's T-F masking experiment is finished by that time.

All this early planning makes me realize that we should have the
second sensons meeting around that date - for the time being
nothing precise is decided - would you prefer to have it before or
after the famous concert?

I'm waiting for your reactions and suggestions

I think it does not really matter, if the meeting is before or after the concert. (Maybe we have to shout if it is after ....) Probably nothing formal should be planned on the late afternoon of the same day respectively the morning of the next day

I will certainly will be in Marseille from monday 21. to friday 25.. We will probably extend the weekends in one or both directions.

The specifics will be fixed only two weeks before the dates. (As then buying the tickets with miles & more will be esepcially cheap.)

Is there the possibility to rent a small appartment for some days?

Hi All,

Unfortunately, I will not be able to come to Marseille in Mai.
The reason is simply that I have too much to do here and my family also wants to see me from time to time (as do I!!!).

But I think Peter will check everything and inform me afterwards what is going on in Marseille.

Here in Vienna, we are making good progress with developing the experiment for additivity of tf-masking. Gwen Toupin turns out to be a really capable guy. But of course, let's wait for the final outcome.

I am looking forward receiving your experiemtal results and meeting you the next time (either in Marseille or Vienna or somewhere in-between)

We will leave our house shortly ....

As it will take a while to settle in with Barabara, I will most probably not come to the lab today!

I will come on monday to LMA. This also means I will not be reachable by e-mail until monday.
